OPEN MIC.

So my friend works at Century in Ventura and right across is a place called Java Joe’s. Occasionally they have open mic nights and my friend Maribel totally wants me to perform. I saw her friend perform, and its a spotlight stage and everything while people lounge around and drink coffee while listening and watching you perform. It had such an urbany, mellow vibe. I kinda want to take the risk and do it, but Im scared shitless of singing in front of a crowd. And plus, I need some of my own material. Maybe I should throw together an original song first. And sing more. Ahhhhh, but its definately an experience I want to try. I need some kahunas for this one.
